Amy works in both vector and in acrylic paint on paper and wood. Her process utilizes her own photographs, Adobe's Creative Suite, stencils and way too many Xacto blades. Her last name is pronounced like this: deh-'vogued (it's Dutch).
Amy
received her BFA in painting and printmaking from Virginia
Commonwealth University. She begins work on her MFA in Illustration this year at the University of Hartford. She teaches illustration in the continuing studies program of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
